RATIONALE: For my music magazine I will focus partly on my statistics (questionnaire results) and create my magazine around other peolpes interests of that stereo type.  I will only put in what I think will draw attention and interest fans into buying my magazine with my use of imagery, colours, interviews and reviews and also a freebie.
STYLE: Indie/rock style showing individuality, quirkiness and an alternative approach. Because I am creating this style of a music magazine I want it to reflect the particular scene. I am going to use an image which promotes this stereo type and a cover lines and quotes that show the indie/rock life style and attitude.
I am going to use red, yellow, black and white as my colour scheme because they stand out the most and are used alot in this particular genra of magazines. Initial ideas 2

I want to create an image that reflect a typical indie band
I am going to set the price at £2.99
The magazine I want to create is influenced by mixed NME so my frequency of publication would be weekly.
the regular issue size of my magazine would be around 60-80 pages. if it were to be a speacial edition I would add extra.

The feture article will include an insite on new releases of successful music.

Researching the market place
